Delivery by courier is CONFIRMED for all products due to the nature of the goods, transport security and insurance conditions of the consignment.

Delivery at the expense of Aurum Swiss P.S.A. That is to say, free of charge for the Purchaser is carried out for customers with Aurum Pro status and for all orders over 10,000 (ten thousand)PLN.
Remember to check the condition of your package when you collect it from the courier.
When collecting the package from the courier, make sure that there is no transport damage on the package.
Before signing for your parcel, check it very carefully for any signs of mechanical damage (bruised, torn box; torn tape, dented carton, etc.).
Only the UPS tape should be on the packaging, if this is not the case please check the contents of the parcel and the condition of the received goods with the courier.

Check the package in the presence of the courier. This is your right and the courier's responsibility. This is the procedure you should always follow for valuable shipments.
If you have taken delivery of the parcel and after the courier has left, physical damage to the goods has been found which could not be ascertained on inspection of the parcel after collection from the courier, please notify us immediately by email: office@aurumswiss.com
If you have collected your parcel and, after the courier has left, any of the items in your order are found to be missing, please notify us by email: office@aurumswiss.com
We will not start processing your order until your payment has been credited, which can take between 1 and 2 working days.
